Plant Operator/Mechanic
Full Time
M-F with an on call Rotation
Description:
Primary responsibility will be focused in the Central Plant and Mechanical Rooms. The rest of the time will be spent on work orders, and emergencies. Will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment. In addition, you will also maintain all required documentation for the plant and equipment.
Prefer someone with Healthcare Plant Operations experience, but will consider other industry plant operations experience. Will also consider a trained & experienced HVAC Technician. Knowledge of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, DX Units/Split systems, Pumps, Motors, Compressors, Building Controls Systems, Generators, ATS’s, Switch Gear, Water Treatment.
Preference given to those with the all or some of the following Certifications/Licenses: EPA Universal, Electricians License, Plumbers License, LEED, SMT, Backflow/Cross Connection, BAS JCI or Computrols, or other industry credentials.
