Simon Rosero currently works at Endeavor and has been there for 3 years.
Simon is part of the Training Committee.
Prior to Endeavor he worked at Southwest Strategy Group before they sold the property.
His professional aspiration is to receive his SMA designation as recognized by BOMI. And to finish HVAC school. All with the encouragement of his AAFAME family!!
Simon enjoys helping people! He is very professional likes to get the job done. He believes being positive will open paths for advancement.
His most memorable experience as a building engineer is catching some people taking nude photos on his property.
His five minutes of fame is when Endeavor took the company to Formula One to race cars and he won first place. Way to go!
HIs hobbies are going to the river, camping, cooking, working on his car and motorcycle. He also enjoys watching football, especially the 49ers!
His pet peeve is someone talking while someone else is trying to talk.
If there is any thing he could change it would be no Covid 19! And for people to be more kind and to change the mindset of people's heart for the better.
His favorite quote is from his father, “Help someone because down the road you may also need the help”.
His favorite thing about AAFAME is it feels like a big family, you make a lot of friends. And he really enjoys attending the Chili Slam!
