Please include these figures while planning 2024 budgets.
ENGINEER & PROPERTY MANAGER MEMBERS:
To the best of our knowledge the following are the figures you should budget for next year:
• Engineer/Property Manager Dues $225 per year
• Luncheons $45 per event (9 per year)
• Training $35 per event (10 per year)
• Chili Slam $100 - $200 (team registration fees)
• Vendor EXPO $25 per person
Average cost per engineer if they were to attend every single event = $1,150 for professional training & networking!
As a reminder, if your budget does not allow for dues to be included, we have the incentive program where you can get free dues & event registrations by participating in our committees, volunteer opportunities & training/luncheons.

VENDOR MEMBERS:
To the best of our knowledge the following are the figures you should budget for next year:
• Vendor Dues $305 per year (can be included with annual sponsorship)
• Additional Vendor Dues $160
• Luncheons $45 per event (9 per year)
• Sponsorships: We will be offering our annual sponsorship package for next year and the amounts will range from $3,500 - $7,000 (we will start sales for 2024 in November 2023). Annual sponsorships include dues for at least one person in your company.
• We will also offer single sponsorships (items not sold during annual program) for those vendors who do not wish to participate in the annual sponsorship package, as shown below:
o Monthly Luncheon ($2,000)
o Manager's Luncheon ($3,500)
o Holiday Luncheon ($750-$2,500)
o Chili Slam (event sponsors range from $750-$5,000)
o Chili Slam teams (various teams will range from $500-$1,000)
o Engineer Appreciation Event ($750-$1,000)
o Membership Directory (advertisements range from $500-$1,500)
o Vendor EXPO (exhibit tables $1,000-$2,000)
o Vendor EXPO Featured Sponsors ($1,500-$3,000)
o Adventure Quest (donations will range from $250-1,500)
o Career Center ($750)
o New Benefits are being added every year
Average cost per vendor if they were to attend every single meeting & sponsor at least one event = less than $1,750 for professional advertising & networking! Of course you can opt to do more but this would cover a minimum.
We couldn't exist without your support and we encourage our engineer members to always use an AAFAME vendor.
